Hudelle uses expanding polyurethane foam beneath settled concrete to lift slabs toward their original position. It is a clean, minimally invasive alternative to tearing out and replacing usable concrete.

Crack repair & joint sealing

Protect the slab.
To prevent water intrusion that leads to voids and settlement, Hudelle seals cracks or joints with a silicone-based, commercial-grade concrete caulk. It is weather-resistant and stays flexible through the elements, creating a watertight seal for years to come. The sealer is sand-finished to help it blend with the concrete’s color and texture.

Surface cleaning & sealing
Clean the surface.
Protect the concrete.
Hudelle pressure washes the concrete, then applies a penetrating sealer that enters the pores and chemically bonds with the surface to repel water. This helps prevent chipping and pitting caused by freeze-thaw cycles and winter salt use. The protection lasts at least five years, until the concrete’s top layer naturally wears from exposure.

Together, they work best.
Concrete leveling, crack and joint sealing, and surface cleaning and sealing are all available separately. Combining them delivers the best overall result for appearance and protection.
Five-year warranty: Available when Hudelle supports the concrete foundation and seals cracks and joints to minimize water intrusion. Proper grading and drainage are also required to control excessive water around the project.
